Do you ship internationally?

Yes! international shipping is active but please keep in mind, any possible Taxes/import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Roder.la is not responsible for any problems caused by the mail carriers or customs. Please view the shipping policy prior to purchase.

 

Do you offer refunds/returns?

Do to the nature of presales, refunds, returns or exchanges are not possible. In the rare event your item arrives defected, please use the contact form to request an exchange/refund. You will need to send picture evidence of the defect.

Otherwise, All sales are final.

 

How long will it take to receive my item?

Items in stock usually ship the same day or next at the latest. Orders containing presale items will not ship until all items become available.

Preorders have a 3-4 weeks production lead time. Allow some additional time for transit.

 

I moved. Can i change the address on my order?

Yes! Use the contact form to submit your address change.

 

USPS LOST OR DELIVERED MY ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN YOU HELP?

Once USPS is in possession of the package, We unfortunately cannot help. It is solely the shipping carrier responsibility to deliver the package. You will need to place a claim with USPS.
