Yes! international shipping is active but please keep in mind, any possible Taxes/import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Roder.la is not responsible for any problems caused by the mail carriers or customs. Please view the shipping policy prior to purchase.
Do you offer refunds/returns?
All items are made to order. refunds, returns or exchanges are not possible. In the rare event your item arrives defected, please use the contact form to request an exchange/refund. You will need to send picture evidence of the defect.
Otherwise, All sales are final.
How long will it take to receive my item?
If items are in stock, Your order will ship within a few days. If your order contains a presale item, The delivery time will be posted on the product page. Holidays may also affect shipping times.
I moved. Can i change the address on my order?
No problem! Use the contact form to submit your address change.
USPS LOST OR DELIVERED MY ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. CAN YOU HELP?
Once USPS is in possession of the package, We unfortunately cannot help.
1st step: Check with your adjacent neighbors to see if they received your package by accident.
2nd step: Talk with your mailman. At times they are able to figure out where your package is.
If all fails, You can file a claim with USPS.
